Application Environment

Commonly used for controlling gate control, electric doors, telescopic doors, automatic doors, etc., this product indirectly controls the opening and closing of doors by controlling the gate control motherboard. There are two types: regular and encrypted.

Instructions for Use

  • Regular model: Can be paired with fixed code (such as PT2262) and learning code (such as EV1527) remote control

Clear code: Press and hold the code button on the control panel, and the red light will turn on and off to clear the code

Code pairing: Press the code pairing button on the control panel once the red light is on, release it, press any button on the remote control, and the indicator light will flash. If equipped with multiple remote controls, repeat this step. Remote controllers with different passwords can store up to 32, while those with the same password can store any number.

  • Encrypted version: The encrypted version, also known as the rolling code version, is paired with a rolling code (HCS301 chip) remote control. It cannot be matched or copied without our factory's remote control.

Clear code: Press and hold the code button on the control panel, and the red light will turn on and off to clear the code

Code pairing: 1) Press and hold the code pairing button on the control board, the red light will turn on and off, then flash again and release the hand; 2) Press the code button on the control panel again, release your hand when the red light is on, press any button on the remote control, and the indicator light will flash; If you need to equip multiple remote controls, simply repeat steps 2). By default, 16 remote controls are available. If you need to increase the number of remote controls (such as 10000), please specify when placing an order.

 

Wiring diagram:

  • The resistor in box A of the above picture can be adjusted according to the different key codes of the remote control to correspond to the output line (there are two types in total, if it is shipped with the remote control, it has already been adjusted before leaving the factory and does not need to be adjusted)
  • Generally, the original door control motherboard has corresponding DC power interface and manual control interface. We use a wide voltage supply of 5-30 volts, which basically covers the DC voltage on all gate control motherboards. Simply find the corresponding DC power interface and connect it. In special circumstances, if the manual interface is not available but the motherboard has manual buttons, the wires must be soldered onto the buttons.
  • Adopting a ribbon output for easy wiring, the red line represents the positive input of the power supply, the black line represents the negative input of the power supply, and the white line is the common line. The remaining three output lines correspond to different functions depending on the combination of different remote controllers: turning off the on/off switch (there are many types of remote controllers, and sometimes the functional arrangement of these three lines may be changed when paired with a remote controller).
